The responsibilities under this section are carried out through the Texas Department of Health, General Sanitation Division. Printed or electronic copies of the documents referenced in §295.142 of this title (relating to Guidelines for Selection and Use of Eye and Face Protective Devices) may be obtained free of charge by contacting the division.
