DSHS may place on probation a person whose license or registration is suspended. If a suspension is probated, DSHS may require the person to:(1) report regularly to DSHS on any matter that is the basis of the probation;(2) limit practice to one or more areas prescribed by DSHS; or(3) continue or review professional education until the person demonstrates that the person has attained a degree of skill satisfactory to DSHS in those areas that are the basis of the probation.
