(a) The Texas Department of Health adopts by reference a memorandum of understanding entered into between the department and the Texas Department of Human Services, concerning a coordinated statewide family planning program in Texas.(b) Copies of the memorandum of understanding are filed in the Bureau of Maternal and Child Health, Texas Department of Health, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756, and may be reviewed during regular business hours.
