IMD providers must be in compliance with the following rules, as applicable, regarding discharge of individuals receiving IMD services:(1) Chapter 412, Subchapter D of this title (relating to Mental Health Services--Admission, Continuity and Discharge; and(2) Chapter 411, Subchapter J of this title (relating to Standards of Care and Treatment in Psychiatric Hospitals).
