SECTION/RULE §421.73 - Schedule for Filing Event Files

For patient events occurring on or after January 1, 2015, as specified by DSHS, facilities shall file event files according to the schedule listed in §421.63(a)(1) - (4) of this title (relating to Schedule for Filing Event Files).
