SECTION/RULE §97.171 - Purpose

These sections establish regulations for screening and treatment for tuberculosis and latent tuberculosis infection of employees, volunteers and inmates or detainees in county jails and other correctional facilities that have bed capacities of 100 or more, jails that house inmates transferred from a county that has a jail with a capacity of 100 or more beds, and jails that house inmates from another state or country.
