SECTION/RULE §473.1 - Executive Committee
Chapter Review Date 12/18/2000

The executive committee shall be composed of the chair, the vice chair, and the secretary-treasurer. It shall be authorized to transact all necessary business of the board between meetings. Actions taken by the executive committee shall be reported to the full board at its next meeting.
