SECTION/RULE §475.1 - Regular Meetings

Regular meetings shall be held at least annually, at a place and a time designated by the secretary-treasurer as best suited to the convenience of the board. Thirty days written notice of the meeting shall be given to all members by the secretary-treasurer.
