DADS may deny and recoup funds from a DAHS facility for the days it exceeded its licensed capacity. The amount denied or recouped is two units of service (regardless of the number of units actually provided) for every individual (client, applicant, private pay, etc.) that exceeded the DAHS facility license capacity.
