SECTION/RULE §259.9 - Excluded Services

The CLASS Program does not provide for the following:(1) room and board, except for out-of-home respite described in §259.361(b)(2) of this chapter (relating to Respite and Dental Treatment);(2) special education and related services, as defined in 20 United States Code §1401 that otherwise are available to the individual through a state or local educational agency; and(3) vocational rehabilitation services that otherwise are available to the individual through a program funded under 29 United States Code Chapter 16, Subchapter I.
