SECTION/RULE §259.87 - Tracking Annual Renewal of an IPC by a CMA

(a) A CMA must have and implement written policies and procedures to ensure compliance with §259.79(g)(2)(A) of this division (relating to Renewal and Revision of an IPC).(b) A CMA's written policies and procedures must include using a written or electronic tracking system that alerts the CMA to activities that must occur for the CMA to timely submit documentation to HHSC as required by §259.79(g)(2)(A) of this division.
