SUBCHAPTER E - SUPPORT FAMILY SERVICES AND CONTINUED FAMILY SERVICES
SECTION/RULE §259.201 - General Requirements

In this subchapter:(1) a support family agency is the entity that contracts with HHSC to provide SFS in accordance with 40 TAC Chapter 49 (relating to Contracting for Community Services); and(2) a continued family agency is the entity that contracts with HHSC to provide CFS in accordance with 40 TAC Chapter 49.
