SUBCHAPTER H - ADDITIONAL DSA REQUIREMENTS
SECTION/RULE §259.351 - DSA: Compliance with Rules

A DSA must comply with:(1) this chapter;(2) 26 TAC Chapter 558 (relating to Licensing Standards for Home and Community Support Services Agencies);(3) 40 TAC Chapter 49 (relating to Contracting for Community Services); and(4) 1 TAC Chapter 354, Subchapter O (relating to Electronic Visit Verification).
