SECTION/RULE §260.107 - Offering Access to Other Services

If HHSC terminates an individual's DBMD Program services and CFC services, the program provider must ensure that the case manager informs the individual of:(1) alternative long-term services and supports in the community, including CFC services through a managed care organization; and(2) institutional services.
