SECTION/RULE §260.151 - Program Provider Compliance with Rules

A program provider must comply with:(1) this chapter;(2) Chapter 558 of this title (relating to Licensing Standards for Home and Community Support Services Agencies);(3) if providing licensed assisted living, Chapter 553 of this title (relating to Licensing Standards for Assisted Living Facilities);(4) 40 TAC Chapter 41 (relating to Consumer Directed Services Option);(5) 40 TAC Chapter 49 (relating to Contracting for Community Services); and(6) 1 TAC Chapter 354, Subchapter O (relating to Electronic Visit Verification).
