SECTION/RULE §260.267 - Trust Fund Documentation

A program provider must:(1) ensure trust fund documentation and supporting documents are readily accessible and retrievable for review by HHSC representatives and all applicable federal and state agencies or their representatives; and(2) allow HHSC representatives and all applicable federal and state agencies or their representatives to make copies of trust fund related documentation and supporting documents at no charge.
