SUBCHAPTER I - INDIVIDUALIZED SKILLS AND SOCIALIZATION
SECTION/RULE §260.507 - Staffing Ratios

(a) The ratio of service providers of individualized skills and socialization to persons receiving services:(1) on-site must be no higher than one service provider of individualized skills and socialization to three individuals and other persons receiving individualized skills and socialization or a similar service (1:3); and(2) off-site must be no higher than one service provider of individualized skills and socialization to two individuals and other persons receiving individualized skills and socialization or a similar service (1:2).(b) A ratio described in subsection (a) of this section may include persons enrolled in other waiver programs receiving individualized skills and socialization or persons receiving a similar service; however, the ratio must be the ratio required by subsection (a) of this section.(c) A service provider of individualized skills and socialization assigned to the individuals represented in a ratio described in subsection (a) of this section must provide services only to the individuals and other persons represented in the ratio.
