SECTION/RULE §261.208 - Provider Agreement

(a) DADS enters into a provider agreement only with a provider applicant that has received licensure under THSC, Chapter 252, if applicable, and certification by DADS in accordance with §9.207 of this division (relating to Certification and Licensure).(b) The effective date of a provider agreement is the effective date of certification by DADS.(c) A provider agreement remains in effect until it is terminated.
