SECTION/RULE §262.602 - Program Provider's Right to Administrative Hearing

A program provider may request an administrative hearing if HHSC takes or proposes to take the following action:(1) vendor hold;(2) contract termination;(3) recoupment of payments made to the program provider; or(4) denial of a program provider's claim for payment.
