The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Applicant--A Texas resident seeking services in the Texas Home Living Program (TxHmL).(2) Calendar day--Any day, including weekends and holidays.(3) CDS employer--Consumer directed services employer.
