SUBCHAPTER C - ENROLLMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGENCIES (FMSAS)
SECTION/RULE §264.311 - Employer Support Services and Support Consultation Services

If requested, a CDSA must assist an employer or DR to plan, budget, and purchase allowable employer support services and goods for:(1) employer-related activities;(2) employment-related activities; and(3) support consultation.
