SUBCHAPTER C - ENROLLMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGENCIES (FMSAS)
SECTION/RULE §264.315 - Service Back-up Plan

A CDSA must:(1) assist an employer as requested to revise budgets to meet service back-up plan strategies approved by the individual's service planning team;(2) review, validate, and approve revised budgets in accordance with §41.511 of this chapter (relating to Budget Revisions and Approval);(3) reimburse documented, budgeted, allowable expenses incurred related to implementing service back-up plan strategies; and(4) retain a copy of service back-up plans received from the employer.
