SECTION/RULE §264.321 - Liability Acknowledgment and Workers' Compensation

(a) A CDSA must verify that an applicant for employment has completed, signed, and dated Form 1728, Liability Acknowledgment, before approving the applicant for hire by the employer.(b) A CDSA must assist an employer if requested to obtain coverage for employee work-related injuries, including:(1) workers' compensation through the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers Compensation; or(2) other options listed on Form 1728.
