SECTION/RULE §264.801 - Oversight

DADS oversees roles and responsibilities of the following:(1) an individual or LAR who elects to be the employer for services delivered through the CDS option;(2) a DR;(3) a CDSA;(4) a support advisor;(5) a service provider;(6) a case manager; and(7) a service coordinator.
