CHAPTER 265 - SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY OPTION
SUBCHAPTER A - INTRODUCTION
SECTION/RULE §265.2 - Application

This chapter applies to the following:(1) an individual or LAR who elects to manage services delivered through the SRO;(2) a representative;(3) an SRO provider;(4) a support advisor;(5) a service provider; and(6) a case manager or service coordinator.
