SUBCHAPTER D - TERMINATION OF THE SRO
SECTION/RULE §265.31 - Voluntary Termination of Participation in the SRO

(a) An individual may request voluntary termination of participation in the SRO at any time.(b) A case manager or service coordinator must terminate support consultation in the individual's service plan when participation in the SRO is terminated.(c) The termination must last at least 90 calendar days before the individual may be considered for re-enrollment in the SRO.
