SECTION/RULE §265.71 - Oversight

DADS oversees roles and responsibilities of the following:(1) an individual or LAR who chooses to participate in the SRO;(2) a representative;(3) an FMSA;(4) a support advisor;(5) an SRO provider;(6) a case manager; and(7) a service coordinator.
