SECTION/RULE §270.14 - Living Arrangements

Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) clients must reside in:(1) their own home;(2) a relative's home;(3) a licensed assisted living facility;(4) a licensed nursing facility; or(5) an adult foster care home that contracts with the Texas Department of Human Services.
