SECTION/RULE §272.1 - Purpose

This chapter:(1) establishes the requirements for transition assistance services (TAS) provided through:(A) the Community Living Assistance and Support Services Program;(B) the Medically Dependent Children Program; and(C) the Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities Program; and(2) provides information regarding TAS in the Home and Community-based Services Program.
