(a) An individual being discharged from a nursing facility, an ICF/IID, or a GRO and enrolling in the HCS Program may receive TAS from an HCS program provider in accordance with Chapter 263 of this title (relating to Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Program and Community First Choice (CFC)).(b) An HCS program provider may contract with a TAS provider to provide TAS in accordance with Chapter 263 of this title.
