SECTION/RULE §275.61 - Individual Training by a Provider

Before providing services to an individual, a provider must educate and train the individual in:(1) rights and responsibilities of the individual;(2) skills for recruiting, selecting, instructing, supervising, and dismissing attendants, if desired by the individual;(3) procedures for preparing attendant time sheets, as described in §44.504(b)(1) of this chapter (relating to Records);(4) procedures for the CMPAS Program service delivery option that the individual chooses; and(5) rights and responsibilities of the attendant and the substitute attendant.
