SECTION/RULE §277.21 - Supervisor Training Requirements

(a) General training. A provider must train a supervisor as described in 26 TAC §558.245 (relating to Staffing Policies).(b) Program-specific training. The provider must ensure the supervisor understands the applicable rules and procedures of the PHC Program, CAS Program, and FC Program.
