The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Grant Program--The Pediatric Tele-Connectivity Resource Program for Rural Texas.(2) Grant recipient--A nonurban health care facility awarded a grant under this chapter.(3) HHSC--The Texas Health and Human Services Commission.(4) Nonurban health care facility--As defined by Texas Government Code §541.001(1).(5) Pediatric tele-specialty provider--As defined by Texas Government Code §541.001(4).(6) Telemedicine medical services--As defined by Texas Government Code §541.001(7).
