SECTION/RULE §281.13 - Compliance with Laws and Regulations

(a) A provider agency must follow procedures and maintain facilities that comply with all applicable state and local laws and regulations related to fire, health, sanitation, and safety; and food preparation, handling, and service activities.(b) A provider agency must provide a copy of all required inspection results to the contract manager within five calendar days of the provider agency's receipt of the results.
