SECTION/RULE §281.35 - Service Plan Changes

A provider agency must implement service plan changes within seven calendar days from the effective date on the Authorization for Community Care Services form for Title XX services, or the Notification of Community Based Alternatives (CBA) Services form for Title XIX services.
