A provider agency must:(1) comply with the complaint procedures outlined under Chapter 49 of this title (relating to Contracting for Community Care Services); and(2) promptly contact the local health authorities to report complaints involving two or more persons with symptoms of food-borne illnesses that have occurred within a similar timeframe after consuming food from the provider agency, and request the local health authorities initiate an investigation of these complaints. The provider agency must report such complaints as detailed in Chapter 49 of this title.
