SECTION/RULE §284.101 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to implement Texas Government Code §531.02448.(b) The rules in this chapter must be read in conjunction with the rules and policies related to the Medicaid programs listed in §284.103 of this chapter (relating to Applicability) in which an individual is enrolled.
