SECTION/RULE §284.103 - Applicability

This chapter applies to an individual receiving services under the following Medicaid programs authorized by Section 1915(c) or Section 1115 of the Social Security Act:(1) the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Program;(2) the Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Program;(3) the Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD) Program;(4) the Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Program; and(5) the STAR+PLUS Home and Community-Based Services program.
