SECTION/RULE §301.101 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to comply with the Texas Health and Safety Code, §534.067, by establishing a uniform fee collection policy for local mental health authorities that:(1) is equitable;(2) provides for collections; and(3) maximizes contributions to local revenue.
