(a) The department will develop a brochure that contains the policies for charging for community services that are contained in this subchapter, including:(1) a general reference to the statutory trust exemption; and(2) information related to claiming financial hardship.(b) The LMHA must provide persons (and parents) a copy of the brochure prior to their entry into services, except in a crisis.
