A LIDDA, LMHA, or LBHA must conduct a resident review in accordance with §303.204 of this subchapter (relating to Resident Review Process) for a resident of a NF admitted through an exempted hospital discharge process if:(1) the resident's stay in the NF has exceeded 30 days; and(2) the resident's PL1 indicates the resident is suspected of having MI, ID, or DD.
