(a) The provider must comply with Subchapter G of this chapter (relating to Mental Health Community Services Standards).(b) The provider must assign a case manager to an individual within two business days after receiving notification from the department or its designee that the individual has been authorized to receive MH case management services.(c) The provider must ensure that an alternate case manager acts as the individual's assigned case manager if an individual's assigned case manager is not available.(d) The provider must maintain case manager-to-individual ratios sufficient to perform the responsibilities of a case manager in accordance with this subchapter.(e) The provider is responsible for a case manager's compliance with this subchapter.
