SECTION/RULE §306.259 - Eligibility for MH Case Management Services

For an individual to be eligible for MH case management services, the individual must:(1) be a resident of the State of Texas;(2) be an adult with a severe and persistent mental illness, or a child or adolescent with a serious emotional disturbance who may have a diagnosis described in paragraph (3) of this section;(3) not have a single diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability or a substance use disorder; and(4) qualify for an LOC that includes MH case management services.
