SECTION/RULE §306.301 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the requirements for providing mental health (MH) rehabilitative services that includes the following:(1) crisis intervention services;(2) medication training and support services;(3) psychosocial rehabilitative services;(4) skills training and development services; and(5) day programs for acute needs.
