CHAPTER 320 - RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS
SUBCHAPTER A - RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
SECTION/RULE §320.3 - Application

The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to each of the following in which mental health services are provided:(1) facilities of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and their respective community-based programs;(2) community centers;(3) psychiatric hospitals; and(4) any program contracting with these entities.
