SUBCHAPTER D - PRESCRIBING OF PSYCHOACTIVE MEDICATION
SECTION/RULE §320.203 - Application

(a) The provisions of this subchapter apply to the employees and contractors of:(1) the facilities of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (TDMHMR); and(2) TDMHMR local authorities.(b) The provisions of this subchapter may not apply to prescribing practice in research projects that have been approved in accordance with TDMHMR's policies and procedures concerning the review and approval of research involving human subjects.
