SECTION/RULE §321.1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to specify the requirements for department-funded prevention services providers to implement the primary prevention strategies set forth in 45 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), §96.125, and to establish criteria for measuring the effectiveness of state agency-funded substance abuse preventions providers. In this subchapter, the term "prevention services" includes prevention activities.
