SECTION/RULE §331.15 - Termination of Service Coordination
Chapter Review Date 12/11/2023

The MRA must terminate service coordination for an individual if:(1) the individual no longer meets the eligibility criteria for service coordination as set forth in §2.554 of this title (relating to Eligibility); or(2) the individual or the LAR no longer desires service coordination.
