SECTION/RULE §334.101 - Purpose

This subchapter describes:(1) the rights of an individual with mental retardation and of an LAR; and(2) procedures of DADS for informing and protecting the rights of:(A) an individual residing in a state MR facility or receiving services and supports from an MRA; and(B) an LAR.
