SECTION/RULE §350.505 - Conditions for Provider Agency Participation

To be reimbursed for services specified in §350.501 of this subchapter (relating to Specialized Rehabilitative Services), a contractor must:(1) comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing the services provided;(2) ensure that services are provided by an Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) professional as defined in §350.103 of this chapter (relating to Definitions); and(3) be responsible for the ECI professional's compliance with this subchapter.
